招募臨床研究志願者 (肺癌研究) / Cancer Patient Recruitment
香港聯合腫瘤中心 (Hong Kong United Oncology Centre) 正在進行 NCT07286149 肺癌第 1b/2 期臨床研究，招募先前接受過治療且帶有 KRAS G12C 突變的晚期或轉移性非鱗狀非小細胞肺癌 (NSCLC) 患者參與，接受研究藥物組合治療 (MK-1084 結合 HER3-DXd、sac-TMT 或 Cetuximab)。

病人申請資格 / Patient Eligibility
先前接受過治療（曾接受過抗 PD-1/PD-L1 治療及含鉑化療）的晚期或轉移性非鱗狀非小細胞肺癌患者
帶有 KRAS G12C 突變
體能狀況評分 (ECOG) 為 0 或 1
無活動性中樞神經系統 (CNS) 轉移（臨床及影像上穩定的轉移除外），且無間質性肺病 (ILD) 或需類固醇治療的肺炎病史
.Previously treated (prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy and platinum-based chemotherapy) advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
.With a KRAS G12C mutation
.ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
.No active CNS metastases (stable allowed) and no history of pneumonitis/ILD

相關治療藥物、研究影像掃描費用及醫生診症費用全免。 All study medications, study required imaging and doctor consultation will be free of charge
研究過程 / Study Process
我們將會為您作初步評估，以決定能否滿足進入該項臨床研究的條件。若您合乎資格參與本研究，您將接受研究藥物 MK-1084，並結合以下其中一種研究藥物組合：
。Patritumab deruxtecan (HER3-DXd) 或
。Sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT) 或
。Cetuximab
You will be screened for eligibility to participate in the trial. If eligible, you will receive investigational medication MK-1084 in combination with one of the following:
.Patritumab deruxtecan (HER3-DXd) OR
.Sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT) OR
.Cetuximab
