香港聯合腫瘤中心 (Hong Kong United Oncology Centre) 正在進行 NCT07252739 肺癌第二期臨床研究，招募初確診（先前未曾接受過治療）且帶有 KRAS G12C 突變的晚期或轉移性非鱗狀非小細胞肺癌 (NSCLC) 患者參與，比較研究藥物組合 (MK-1084 + Pembrolizumab +/- Cetuximab) 與標準治療 (Pembrolizumab + Pemetrexed + Carboplatin) 作為第一線治療的療效。

病人申請資格 / Patient Eligibility
- 初確診（先前未曾接受過治療）的晚期或轉移性非鱗狀非小細胞肺癌患者
- 帶有 KRAS G12C 突變
- 體能狀況評分 (ECOG) 為 0 或 1
- 無活動性中樞神經系統 (CNS) 轉移及無間質性肺病 (ILD)
- Treatment-naïve advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
- With a KRAS G12C mutation
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- No active CNS metastasis and no ILD

研究藥物 (Investigational Medication)：
MK-1084 + Pembrolizumab (+/- Cetuximab)
標準治療 (Standard Of Care)： Pembrolizumab + Pemetrexed + Carboplatin
