Recruiting clinical research volunteers

The Hong Kong United Oncology Centre is currently conducting an international Phase II clinical trial. If you are a previously treated patient with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer expressing folate receptor α (FOLR1), please contact us. We will conduct an initial assessment to determine your eligibility for this clinical trial. Medication and imaging scans are free of charge. However, patients must understand the purpose of the study and any potential risks.

An open phase 2 study evaluating STRO-002 (an anti-FOLR1 antibody drug conjugate) in subjects with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have previously received treatment and expressed folic acid receptor alpha (FOLR1)

A Phase 2, Open-label Study Evaluating STRO-002, an Anti-folate Receptor Alpha (FOLR1) Antibody Drug Conjugate, in Subjects with Previously Treated Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Expressing FOLR1

Patient eligibility:

Patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have previously received treatment and express folic acid receptor alpha (FOLR1)

Research remuneration:

Related therapeutic drugs, imaging scans and doctor's consultations are free of charge.

Research process:

If you are eligible to participate in this study, you will be treated with Luveltamab tazevibulin (STRO-002), the study drug, until the end of treatment or your condition deteriorates.

Related risks:

During the study period, you may experience discomfort and risk due to treatment with Luveltamab tazevibulin (STRO-002). Discomfort and risk may vary from person to person.
