Ultrasound examination - USG

Ultrasound (USG) scans use high-frequency sound waves, combined with computer imaging technology, to visualize internal organs such as the thyroid, liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, pancreas, kidneys, uterus, and ovaries, in order to diagnose related diseases such as thyroid nodules, cirrhosis, kidney stones, and tumors. Ultrasound scans are completely radiation-free.
